Warm-Ups, Stretch, Push-ups and Sit-Ups. Floor Hockey, Dribbling, Passing and Shooting.

Wednesday: Speed and Conditioning Day. 8 Laps, Sprints, Ropes, Ladders, Core Exercises.


Thursday:
Warm-Ups, Stretch, Push-ups and Sit-Ups. Floor Hockey, Dribbling, Passing and Shooting.

Friday:
Warm-Ups, Stretch, Push-ups and Sit-Ups. Floor Hockey Game.



7th Grade
P.E.
Monday: No School

4 minute jog, stretch, push-ups, sit-ups, Floor Hockey-Dribbling, Passing, and Shooting.
Wednesday:Speed and Conditioning Day

Thursday:
4 minute jog, stretch, push-ups, sit-ups, Floor Hockey-Dribbling, Passing, and Shooting.
Friday: Weight Lifting



8th Grade Health

Second and third quarters students will be in the classroom studying a variety or health topics. To see the topics and lessons your child will be covering in class please take the time to look at the following link: Health Syllabus

Tuesday: Hand Out Books, Go over Course Syllabus, Hand out Parent Letters (Due Friday 11/11/11) Play Basic Health Questions Game.


Wednesday: Hands on Health Activity 1. Teacher/Student Focus Activity, Vocab work sheet Chapter 1. Read and Discuss Ch1 Lesson 1. Homework Read Lesson 2.


Thursday: Concept Map 1, Lesson 1 Notes,
Teacher/Student Focus Activity, Lesson 2 Notes, Concept Map 2, & Read Lesson 3.

Friday:
Teacher/Student Focus Activity, Concept Map 3, Lesson 3 Notes. Group quiz Lessons 1, 2 and 3 (continued Monday if time is needed).
