Health and P.E. January 25-28

10th Grade P.E.:

Tuesday:
Review Chapter 20 worksheets. Group Quiz Chapter 11, go over scoring rubrics for the creation of group games, group planning time for games.

Wednesday:
Continue planning and working on Games.

Thursday:
1/2 the time will be spent working on the games, the other 1/2 of class will be spent playing the games.

Friday:
Continue playing games, score games, and retake chapter 20 quiz on your own.


8th Grade:

Tuesday:
Group quiz on chapter 11,

Continue planning and working on Games.

7th Grade P.E.

Tuesday: 4 minute warm-up run, 1 minute of curl-ups, 3x10 push ups, stretch & Ultimate Frisbee

Wednesday: K.A.T. with a Cardio emphasis.

Thursday: Line Drill, pull-ups, stretch, & Ultimate Frisbee

Friday:K.A.T with agility emphasis


6th Grade P.E.

Tuesday: Warm-Up & Stretch - play Pin Ball

Wednesday: K.A.T.
with a Cardio emphasis.

Thursday:
Warm-Up & stretch play Pin Ball

Friday: Weekly Journal, self grade, and Choice Game

Last Week of Second Quarter P.E./Health

10th Grade P.E.

Monday: Group Quiz on lesson 1 and 2. We will be reading lesson 4 in chapter 14. Activities will include: decision making, & S-notes. Chapter 20 and 21 Parent/Permission letters will be sent home and will be due Tuesday.

Tuesday: Group Quiz lesson 3-4. Conflict Resolution activity followed by a book assignment 1-17 Health terms and 1-10 Recalling the facts from page 336. (be sure to study for the test tomorrow)

Wednesday: Test on Chapter 14: Begin Reading Chapter 20 and start on Chapter 20 Health Packet.

Thursday: Continue working on Chapter 20 Health Packet. Book Assignment 1-14 and 1-11 from page 474.

Friday: Go through Packet from Chapter 20 together, Do reteaching activities for Lessons 1,2, and 3. Cross curriculum activity 20.

8th Grade P.E.

Monday: Group Quiz Lesson 1 and 2. Read pages 224-227. Discuss how to manage stress. s-notes lesson 3.

Tuesday: Read 228-231. S-Notes on Lesson 4. Reteaching activities for lessons 3 and 4. Group quiz on lessons 3 and 4.

Wednesday: Using Stress Constructively activity. Do 1-16 and 1-19 on page 234.

Thursday: Test on Chapter 9--out to the gym after completion of the test to relieve stress.

Friday: G
o over test. Read Chapter 11. Fill in S-Notes.

7th Grade P.E.

Presidential Fitness Testing Week. Students will be given 100% if they improve their overall score!!!

Monday: Pull-Ups, Sit-Ups, and Sit and Reach.

Tuesday: Sit and Reach and Shuttle Run.

Wednesday: Mile Run

Thursday: Written Final Covering: basketball, wrestling, and floor hockey.

Friday: Testing Make up day and Free Gym.


6th Grade P.E.

Presidential Fitness Testing Week. Students will be given 100% if they improve their overall score!!!

Mon:
Pull-Ups, Sit-Ups, and Sit and Reach.

Tue:
Sit and Reach and Shuttle Run.

Wed: Gator Ball Math in the health room.

Thur: Mile Run

Fri: Make-up Testing day and Free Gym.
