Monday: Warm-Up, Stretch, push-ups, sit-ups, Soccer games.

Tuesday: Dynamic Warm-Up, Stretch, push-ups, sit-ups, Soccer games.

Wednesday: Speed and Conditioning (Cones, Lines, Ladders, and ropes)

Thursday: Dynamic Warm-Up, Stretch, push-ups, sit-ups, Soccer games.

Friday: Warm-Up, Stretch, push-ups, sit-ups, Soccer games.

7th Grade

Monday: Warm-Up, Stretch, push-ups, sit-ups, Soccer Games.

Tuesday: Dynamic Warm-Up, Stretch, push-ups, sit-ups, Soccer shooting and scoring.

Wednesday: Speed and Conditioning (Cones, Lines, Ladders, and ropes)

Thursday: Dynamic Warm-Up, Stretch, push-ups, sit-ups, Soccer games.

Friday: Warm-Up, Stretch, push-ups, sit-ups, Soccer games.

8th Grade

Monday: Warm-Up, Stretch, weight-room.

Tuesday: Warm-Up, Stretch, push-ups, sit-ups, Volleyball

Wednesday: Speed and Conditioning (Cones, Lines, Ladders, and ropes)

Thursday: Warm-Up, Stretch, push-ups, sit-ups, Volleyball.

Friday: Warm-Up, Stretch, push-ups, sit-ups, Volleyball.
