6th Grade

Monday: Warm-Up, Stretch, push-ups, sit-ups, Volleyball: bump -set -spike drills.

Tuesday: Dynamic Warm-Up, Stretch, push-ups, sit-ups, Volleyball bump -set-spike drills.

Wednesday: Speed and Conditioning (Cones, Lines, Ladders, and ropes)

Thursday: Dynamic Warm-Up, Stretch, push-ups, sit-ups, Volleyball Serving Drills.

Friday: Warm-Up, Stretch, push-ups, sit-ups, Volleyball Serving Drills.


7th Grade


Monday: Warm-Up, Stretch, push-ups, sit-ups, Volleyball: bump -set -spike drills.

Wednesday: Speed and Conditioning (Cones, Lines, Ladders, and ropes)

Thursday: Warm-Up, Stretch, push-ups, sit-ups, Ultimate Frisbee

Friday: Warm-Up, Stretch, push-ups, sit-ups, Ultimate Frisbee.
