6th Grade
Monday: Warm-Up, Core Exercises, Sprints and Pinball.(throwing and catching game)
Tuesday: Warm-Up, Core Exercises, Sprints and Pinball.(throwing and catching game)
Wednesday:
K.A.T. (This is a program in which students will be challenge and also
work to improve speed, strength, and conditioning. There are a variety
of different activities that will be preformed on K.A.T. days including
but not limited to dynamic warm-up, flexibility stretching, jogging,
sprinting, ladders, cone drills, line drills, jumping rope, hoop
exercises, strength training exercises {plates, kettle bells, weighted
training balls} and core body exercises.
Thursday: Warm-Up, Core Exercises, Sprints and Pinball.(throwing and catching game)
Friday: Warm-Up, Core Exercises, Sprints and Pinball.(throwing and catching game)
7th Grade
Monday: Warm-up jog, stretch, sprints, and Continue weight room safety and lifting technique (Squats, Dead-lifts, Bench Press and Clean)
Tuesday: Warm-Up, Stretch, Core Exercises, Sprint,& Pinball.(throwing and catching game)
Wednesday:
K.A.T. (This is a program in which students will be challenge and also
work to improve speed, strength, and conditioning. There are a variety
of different activities that will be preformed on K.A.T. days including

Monday: Warm-up jog, stretch, sprints, and Continue intro to weight room safety and lifting technique. Study for Volleyball Quiz on Thursday. (study guide is on Schoology)
