Monday: Warm-Up, Core Exercises, Sprints & Trench Ball
Tuesday: Warm-Up, Core Exercises, Sprints & Trench Ball
Wednesday: Dodge-ball K.A.T. (This is a program in which students will be challenge and also
work to improve speed, strength, and conditioning. There are a variety
of different activities that will be preformed on K.A.T. days including
but not limited to dynamic warm-up, flexibility stretching, jogging,
sprinting, ladders, cone drills, line drills, jumping rope, hoop
exercises, strength training exercises {plates, kettle bells, weighted
training balls} and core body exercises.
7th Grade
Monday: Warm-up jog, stretch, sprints, and Continue weight room safety and lifting technique (Squats, Dead-lifts, and cleans.
Tuesday: Warm-Up, Core Exercises, Sprints & Trench Ball
