Physical Fitness and Your Health Chapter 3
Monday:
Make Vocab Flash Cards for Chapter 3 in groups. Read Lesson 1 in
groups. Discuss Concept Map and take notes on lesson 1 together. Body
Composition Lab.
Tuesday: Teacher
will read Lesson 2. Discuss Concept map and take notes on lesson 2. Home Work Due Wednesday: Find your target
heart rate. Use the directions on page 57 in your textbook (you must show all your work).
Wednesday:
Turn in target heart rate. Read and discuss lesson three together.
Finish notes and concept map.
Thursday: Fitness program design (due

Friday: Chapter 3 Review. Finish Fitness programs (due today). Chapter 3 Notes

10th Grade Health
