Week 2

6th Grade
Monday:  Warm-Up, Core Exercises, Sprints and start Flag Football skill work: passing catching.

Tuesday:  Warm-Up, Core Exercises, Sprints and start Flag Football skill work: hand offs and running.

Wednesday: K.A.T.  (This is a program in which students will be challenge and also work to improve speed, strength, and conditioning.  There are a variety of different activities that will be preformed on K.A.T. days including but not limited to dynamic warm-up, flexibility stretching, jogging, sprinting, ladders, cone drills, line drills, jumping rope, hoop exercises, strength training exercises {plates, kettle bells, weighted training balls} and core body exercises.

Thursday:  Warm-Up, Core Exercises, Sprints and start Flag Football skill work: Punting and Kicking

Friday:  Warm-Up, Core Exercises, Sprints and start Flag Football Games!

7th Grade
Monday: Warm-up jog, stretch, sprints, and intro to weight room safety and lifting technique (Squats, Dead-lifts, and cleans.  Click on the lifts below to see how they are done properly.

Tuesday: Warm-Up, Stretch, Core Exercises, Sprint, & start soccer games.
Soccer Handout and Study Guide
