Monday: Warm-ups and stretch, push-ups, sit-ups and Speedball.

Tuesday: Warm-ups and stretch, push-ups, sit-ups, and Speedball

Wednesday: Speed and Conditioning

Thursday: Warm-ups and stretch, push-ups, sit-ups, and Speedball

Friday: Warm-ups and stretch, push-ups, sit-ups, and Speedball

7th Grade P.E.

Monday: Dynamic warm-up, Stretch, Push-ups, sit-ups, and Speeball

Tuesday: 5 minute Run, Stretch, Push-Ups and Sit-ups, Speedball

Wednesday: Speed and Conditioning

Thursday: Dynamic Warm-up, Stretch, Core Body, Speedball

Friday: 5 minute Run, Stretch, Push-Ups and Sit-ups, Speedball


8th Grade Health

Monday: Digestive System Lab and Game

Tuesday: Read Lesson 3 together. Go over lesson 3 notes. In groups complete the concept maps for lesson 3.

Wednesday: Review for Test

Thursday: Test Read Chapter 19 Lesson 1 and complete vocab worksheet for chapter 19

Friday: In the gym: 5 minute run, 30 push-ups, 50 sit-ups, 3 sprints(the length of the gym) and play King Pin.


10th Grade Health

Monday: Discuss Chapter 27. Go over Chapter 27 Notes together. Go through Concept maps in groups.

Tuesday: Helping a friend overcome an addiction Activity page 614 & Review for the test.

Wednesday: Test on chapter 27. Read Chapter 30 Lesson 1

Thursday: Discuss Chapter 30 Lesson 1 Review notes and complete concept maps in groups.

Friday: Read Lesson 2 together. Discuss and Review notes. With a partner complete concept map.
