Wednesday: Speed and Conditioning

Thursday: Warm-ups and stretch, push-ups, sit-ups, and Whiffle-ball

Friday: Warm-ups and stretch, push-ups, sit-ups, and Whiffle-ball

7th Grade P.E.

Monday: Dynamic Warm-up, Stretch, Core Body, Whiffle-ball

Tuesday: 5 minute Run, Stretch, Push-Ups and Sit-ups, Whiffle-ball

Wednesday: Speed and Conditioning

Thursday: Dynamic Warm-up, Stretch, Core Body, Whiffle-ball

Friday: 5 minute Run, Stretch, Push-Ups and Sit-ups, Whiffle-ball

8th Grade Health

Monday: Continue with Muscle Lab- Review Questions on Bones Lab and Muscle Lab. Notes and Concept Maps are to be completed.

Tuesday: Continue Review Questions. Watch the "Skeletal System" video and take notes.

Wednesday: Watch the "Muscular System" video. Review for Chapter 15 Test.

Thursday: Test On Chapter 15. Read Lesson 1 Ch 17 and Complete Notes and Concept Map.

Friday: Discuss Lesson 1 and 2. Read Lesson 2 "Care and problems with the circulatory system" Notes and Concept Map.



10th Grade Health

Monday: Read and Discuss the Aging process. Complete Notes and all Lesson Concept Maps in groups.

Tuesday: Review for Test on chapter 22.

Wednesday: Test on Chapter 22. Read Lesson 1 Understanding Medicines.

Thursday: Group Learning Activity. Notes and concept Map to follow.

Friday: Read Lesson 2 using medicines wisely. Notes and Concept Map. Video on over-the-counter drugs.
