Friday: Warm-Ups, Stretch, Push-ups and Sit-Ups. Choice of Game Day.
7th Grade P.E.
Monday: Dynamic Warm-up, Sprints, Core Exercises, boys Tumbling - Wrestling skills and games, girls Basketball.
Tuesday: 4 minute jog, stretch, push-ups, sit-ups, Tumbling and Wrestling skills, girls Basketball.
Wednesday: Speed and Conditioning
Thursday: Warm-Ups, Stretch, Push-ups and Sit-Ups boys Tumbling - Wrestling Skills and games girls Basketball.

8th Grade Health

Nov 28th-December 2
Physical Fitness and Your Health Chapter 3
Monday: Intro to Vocab and Worksheet. Read Lesson 1 on your own and finish Lesson 1 Notes together. Body Composition Lab. In groups finish the Activity 6 concept map.
Tuesday: Teacher will read Lesson 2. Notes on lesson 2. Concept Map 2. Exercise examples lab and discussion. Home Work Due Wednesday: Find your target heart rate. Use the directions on page 57 in your textbook.
Wednesday: Read and discuss lesson three together. Finish notes and concept map. Begin Designing a Fitness program.
Thursday: Fitness program design and Chapter 3 Review.
Friday: Test on Chapter 3 and finish Fitness programs (due today).

Wednesday: Discuss advertisements that were brought in by the students. Read and discuss lesson 3 together. Finish notes and concept map.
Thursday: Read and discuss Lesson 4 finish notes and concept map. Review for Test.
Friday: Test on Chapter 6
