Monday: Dynamic Warm-up, Sprints, Core Exercises, boys Tumbling and Wrestling skills, girls Basketball skills.
Tuesday: 4 minute jog, stretch, push-ups, sit-ups, Tumbling and Wrestling skills.
8th Grade Health
