Wednesday:
K.A.T. training( Dynamic Warm-up, cones, ladders, sprints, core body)
Thursday:
4 minute Run, Stretch, Push-Ups, Sit-Ups, Floor Hockey Games
Friday:
Warm-Up, Stretch-Work Out Video or Weight Room.
