P.E. 10 April 11th-15th

Monday:
4 minute Run, Stretch, Push-Ups, Sit-Ups, Floor Hockey Games

Tuesday:
Line-drill(jog, skip, grapevine, side shuffle, lunges, turn and squats, high knee-butt kickers, Leg pulls, knee pulls, DB run, power jumps) Stretch, Push Ups Sit Ups, Floor Hockey Games

Wednesday:
K.A.T. training( Dynamic Warm-up, cones, ladders, sprints, core body)

Thursday:
4 minute Run, Stretch, Push-Ups, Sit-Ups, Floor Hockey Games

Friday:
Warm-Up, Stretch-Work Out Video or Weight Room.
