Line-drill(jog, skip, grapevine, side shuffle, lunges, turn and squats, high knee-butt kickers, Leg pulls, knee pulls, DB run, power jumps) Stretch, Push Ups Sit Ups, Softball
Wednesday:
K.A.T. training( stretching, jump ropes, cones, ladders, sprints, core body)
