Health/P.E. Jan 14th-18th Last Week of the Quarter

6th Grade P.E.
Presidential Fitness Testing Week. Students will be given 100% if they improve their overall score!!!

 
Mon:Pull-Ups, Sit-Ups, and Sit and Reach.

Tue:
Sit and Reach and Shuttle Run.

Wed: Gator Ball Math in the health room.

Thur: Mile Run

Fri: Make-up Testing day and Free Gym.


7th Grade P.E.

Tuesday:  Read Chapter 13-Finish the Chapter 13 Vocab Worksheet-Concept Map 41-Complete Lesson 1 S-Notes *Homework: Read Lesson 2 
Wednesday:  Quiz on Lesson 1, Concept Map 42, Decision Making Activity 13, S-Notes

Thursday:  Health Lab "What is a Healthy Relationship?"  Chapter Review

Friday:  Test Chapter 13



10th Grade:
Monday:Test on Ch. 16 Read Lesson 1 of Chapter 20

 
Tuesday:  Finish Chapter 20 Vocab on I-Pad App, Concept Map 61, S-Notes  and read lesson 2


Wednesday: 
Complete lesson 2 notes and concept maps.  Read Lesson 3.

Thursday: Complete lesson 3 notes and concept maps and review for Chapter 20 test

Friday: Test Chapter 20

Friday:  Warm-up, Push-ups and Sit-ups...Choice of Game Day.

7th Grade P.E.

Monday: 5 minute Run Warm-up, Push-ups and Sit-ups Scooter work outs.

Tuesday: Dynamic Warm-up, Push-ups and Sit-ups Scooter work outs.

Wednesday: Speed and Conditioning Work Out.

Thursday: 5 minute Run Warm-up, Push-ups and Sit-ups Scooter work outs.

Friday: Warm-up, Push-ups and Sit-ups...Choice of Game Day.

8th Grade Health

Monday: Review Lesson 1 Notes; Get into Groups to complete Concept Map Lesson 1. Group read and discussion on lesson 2. Fill out Notes. Homework: Concept Map Lesson 2.

Tuesday: Read Lesson 3 Managing Stress. Class discussion, notes, and Concept Map.

Wednesday: Read Coping with a Loss Lesson 4. Notes and concept Map together. Watch video on Stress.

Thursday: Review for the test and group quiz.

Friday: Test Chapter 9
